Dear ProtoShare Community:
I’m Bob Wiggins, the new CEO of Site9/ProtoShare. I’ve been an investor in the company and board member for years. I’m very excited now to be a part of the management team.
Andrew Mottaz (now President & CTO) and the development team have built a great product in ProtoShare. ProtoShare is built from the ground up with one goal in mind—to help people work together effectively in the process of figuring out what they want to create.
Sometimes creation is a solo endeavor. (Picasso probably didn’t prototype Guernica with his design team before he painted it.) But the process of building websites and web software is most definitely a collaborative enterprise. Unfortunately, all too often, web design teams have had to make due, either with tools that weren’t really designed for the process of prototyping web software, or with wireframing or prototyping tools built with collaboration as an afterthought.
I think you will find that ProtoShare is different. The whole reason it exists is to make it easier for you to get your job done—to work together with your team to create. It’s a great product today, and our team will continue to improve it all the time. I’m proud to be the newest member of the ProtoShare team.
